I bought a 2011 Camry and had a very positive experience at the dealership. Tandon Noplos was very professional and did an excellent job in answering my questions. I wanted to pass along my satisfaction with a recent service visit I made to your Toyota dealership. I brought in my 2003 Corolla, and the problem was diagnosed very quickly and explained very well. Due to the need for a part to be delivered I was provided with a loaner vehicle. This was very appreciated as I had an appointment to have lunch with a student I mentor. I had an extremely positive service experience at your Toyota dealership. I own a 2001 Toyota Highlander, and I noticed a "check engine" light came on the dashboard. I have had difficulty in the past finding a reputable mechanic. My son goes to NU, so we have passed your dealership many times, and decided to give you a try. I set up an appointment and was met by your service advisor Rob Wilczek and mechanic Russell Vance, who determined there was catalytic converter issue, and also noted my rear brakes needed replaced. Rob spoke at length about my options regarding the converter, and we decided to try a system flush, which solved the problem. And my brakes no longer squeal as Russell did an outstanding job on them as well. You are fortunate to have team

I purchased a RAV from Tim in October. My daughter was looking for the same type of vehicle, so I called Tim and we were able to come to terms over the phone for A RAV 4 for her.
